Our Recycling Policy
At Nordic House, we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use. All of the team take pride in making sure that you will be delighted from the moment you open the parcel.
Our Delivery Policy
Please note: currently we only deliver to the following countries:
UK (including Channel Islands & IOM), Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark and Germany.
Nordic House will always endeavour to provide the most cost-effective options to enable our customers to receive their goods efficiently and effectively. These options are continually under review and available choices automatically displayed at checkout, depending upon weight, destination and urgency.
The despatch confirmation emails sent will always specify the Carrier used.
We currently offer delivery as follows:
Royal Mail Letter Parcel for delivery in the UK and IOM with a maximum package weight of 1kg
DPD or Citylink Standard (1-2 working day) delivery in most of the UK with a maximum package weight of 25kg. Orders placed by 12am are normally delivered next day
Outlying 2-3 working day delivery in outlying UK with a maximum package weight of 25kg
Outlying delivery to certain mainland European countries (see below) is available now and delivery to other countries will be available later, with a maximum package weight of 25kg
(No, that's not a mistake - a parcel really can be up to 25kg! You may want to do all your shopping in one go!)
