If your order contains more fragile items, such as lanterns, you will be asked to request a delivery quotation from our Customer Services team.

We will normally deliver to these counries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary,
Italy (excluding Sicily and Sandinia), Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Balearics)

We are currently unable to deliver to the USA or Australia.


Our Recycling Policy

At Nordic House, we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use. All of the team take pride in making sure that you will be delighted from the moment you open the parcel.
