I ordered a bowl which was unfortunately damaged in transit. I was given a quick refund and the customer service was excellent with very good communication. It was a shame about the damage which was most likely the fault of the delivery company but these things do happen so it could have been packed in a more sturdy box. However I would shop from Nordic House again as they were very nice about it.
