I’ve had a great overall customer service experience from Nordic House. They’re an extremely friendly, helpful and responsive team. I recently received an order and through my own clumsiness managed to smash a part of the table lamp; the team were so understanding and organised a replacement part free-of-charge within the hour. I’ll certainly be shopping here again - their products are truly amazing but it’s the great team in the background that ties the whole experience together for me. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
