Delivery usually takes between 4 - 7 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order.
During busy periods and public holidays please allow 10 working days.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when you place your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you.

USA Shipping - £70 for a basket value up to £800
FURNITURE & LARGE HEAVY ITEM DELIVERY - ENGLISH MAINLAND ONLY
(apologies, but we are currently unable to deliver these items to Scotland, Wales or islands)
Free UK delivery does not apply to furniture, loft style mirrors and other large heavy items on orders below £750 and a delivery charge will apply.

At Nordic House, we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use.
