I ordered three lanterns from Nordic House and unfortunately one was broken in transit and so needed to be returned (although actually I decided that one was unwanted as it didn't fit the space). When I contacted Nordic House customer services I was pleased to experience great customer service and a completely no-fuss response in either getting a replacement to me or having it returned
I ordered a small lantern with leather strap and the glass and slate candle holder, both arrived the day after despatch. Stunning quality, well packaged would be an apt description of both. Will buy the larger sizes of lantern when they come back in stock. Customer service was excellent all the way through. Would not hesitate to recommend the company or products.
What a treat it was to receive my parcel from Nordic House. Firstly, the items were beautifully wrapped - it felt like Christmas day opening them. I ordered a number of items and am delighted with them all, in particular the lantern with the leather handle, the shelf with felt brackets and the brunch boards - perfect for boiled eggs and soldiers I will definitely be shopping at Nordic House again
