I have put 5 stars against all the comments. My first order was a bit of a disappointment as the small fir tree l had ordered was damaged on arrival. I emailed straightaway and within minutes a lovely lady by the name of Kirsty telephoned and immediately sorted the problem out arranging for a replacement to be sent.
