What a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and delivery first class (free delivery always goes down well!) The rug and seagrass basket are both beautiful, the rug looks gorgeous in my kitchen, adding a warm and cosy feel. The basket is being used for storage in my bedroom and looks so pretty filled with scarves and hats. Thank you NH team.
