Express Courier Delivery charge:
£5.75 for EXPRESS delivery, normally 1 to 4 working days. For furniture items or large/bulk orders a specialist courier service is used and therefore delivery times may vary. Our customer care team will contact you once your order has been placed, to discuss the details with you.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery during extremely busy periods, such as the January Sale and Christmas, will take slightly longer.
Orders placed before 2pm are normally packed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will normally be packed and dispatched the following day.
In accordance with courier guidelines, outlying postcodes may take up to 48 hours after dispatch for delivery. (see below for specific postcodes)

At checkout, you will have the option to request a delivery quotation from our Customer Care team for what is currently in your bag.
We will normally deliver to these countries:

Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Balearics)
FURNITURE AND HEAVY/LARGE FRAGILE ORDERS, UK
For furniture or heavy/large fragile items, we also use a premium White Glove courier service. This premium delivery can include delivery to a room of your choice and removal of packaging**. You will be asked to inspect the goods and then sign for the delivery. Delivery times for this service vary and you will be advised of any cost during the checkout process. Once the order is placed, our customer care team will also give you call to arrange the delivery with you. **It is essential that all items are thoroughly inspected on arrival, prior to signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit, or if you would like to return an item, you must contact us straight away, before signing for the delivery and prior to the packaging being disposed of. We are unable to accept responsibility for damaged items that have been signed for, or allow returns where the packaging has been disposed of.
Our Recycling Policy
At Nordic House, we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use. All of the team take pride in making sure that you will be delighted from the moment you open the parcel.
